Not every World represents an immediately available commercial service.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a project or create a confirmed booking.

A paid project is confirmed only after:

• requirements have been discussed
• scope has been agreed
• applicable price/payment terms have been communicated
• any required initial payment has been received

We may decline requests that:

• fall outside available capability
• cannot reasonably be completed
• create safety concerns
• create legal or ethical concerns
• infringe or appear to infringe third-party rights
• conflict with the intended service

Custom or additional work may be quoted separately.

GST or other taxes are not added to displayed prices unless legally applicable and specifically configured later. Where a statutory tax becomes applicable, it should be communicated before payment.

Unless separately agreed in writing:

50% before work begins. Remaining 50% before final delivery.

Book Creation

50% before work begins. Remaining 50% before final delivery.

Numerology

100% before consultation/report preparation begins.

Custom projects may use separately agreed payment milestones.

A project scope may include:

• deliverable
• approximate duration or manuscript scope
• creative direction
• supplied material
• required output
• expected timeline
• special requirements

Material changes requested after agreement may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation.

The client is responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• providing necessary project material
• reviewing drafts/output
• communicating feedback reasonably
• ensuring supplied material may lawfully be used
• obtaining required third-party permissions
• avoiding infringement of third-party rights

Client delays may result in corresponding project delays.

The client retains rights in material supplied by the client.

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights in final custom deliverables to the extent those rights can lawfully be granted.

This remains subject to:

• applicable law
• third-party rights
• licensed assets
• AI-tool/platform terms
• stock or software licenses
• pre-existing templates/tools
• separately agreed restrictions

Drafts, rejected concepts, internal working files and pre-existing tools remain with the creator unless separately agreed.

Absolute copyright ownership over third-party or underlying AI-generated elements is not promised where such ownership cannot legally be guaranteed.

Commissioned client work will not be publicly displayed as portfolio material without client permission.

Reasonable care will be taken to protect:

• unpublished manuscripts
• ghostwriting relationships
• personal stories
• private business/project information
• consultation information
• confidential creative briefs

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

• is already publicly available
• was independently known
• has been authorised for disclosure
• must be disclosed by law

Unless separately agreed:

One Soul Films: up to 2 reasonable revision rounds.

Book Creation: up to 2 reasonable revision rounds.

A revision means a reasonable change within the originally agreed scope or concept.

A substantially new direction, new creative concept, major rewriting or additional deliverable may require a new or revised quotation.

Services may use or interact with independent platforms such as:

• Amazon KDP
• AI technology providers
• social-media platforms
• email/cloud providers
• publishing tools

One Soul Many Worlds does not control the policies, algorithms, approval processes or continued availability of independent third parties.

A. One Soul Films

One Soul Films combines human creative direction with AI-assisted visual/content creation.

AI-assisted outputs may occasionally contain unexpected visual details or variations.

Clients should review and approve final material before public or commercial use.

The client confirms that they have permission/right to provide and authorise use of:

• product images
• photographs
• logos
• trademarks
• brand material
• audio supplied by the client
• likenesses
• other supplied content

Two reasonable revision rounds are included unless otherwise agreed.

A major change of concept may require additional scope/quotation.

No guarantee is made regarding:

• sales
• conversions
• advertising performance
• views
• reach
• virality
• platform approval
• commercial success

B. One Soul Author / Book Creation

Book Creation may include, according to the agreed project:

• writing / ghostwriting
• cover creation
• KDP-ready formatting
• paperback-ready formatting

The client confirms that stories, photographs, manuscripts and supplied materials may lawfully be used.

The client is responsible for identifying potentially:

• defamatory claims
• confidential material
• third-party copyrighted material
• privacy-sensitive information
• factual claims relating to real persons

A confidential ghostwriting relationship will not be publicly disclosed without client permission except where legally required.

After full payment, rights capable of being transferred in the agreed final custom manuscript and cover deliverables will be provided to the client, subject to third-party/licensed materials and applicable law.

KDP-ready formatting: files will be prepared with reference to Amazon KDP's technical formatting requirements applicable at the time. Where Amazon KDP identifies a formatting issue attributable to One Soul Many Worlds' formatting work, reasonable formatting corrections will be made.

Final Amazon KDP acceptance is not guaranteed. Amazon independently reviews submitted titles for formatting, content, metadata, rights and compliance with its policies.

No guarantee is made regarding:

• Amazon acceptance
• publication approval
• sales
• rankings
• royalties
• bestseller status

C. EnergisingPath / Numerology

Numerology services are provided for personal guidance, reflection and perspective.

They do not replace:

• medical advice
• mental-health treatment
• legal advice
• financial/investment advice
• regulated professional advice

No specific personal, career, financial, relationship, health or business outcome is guaranteed.

The client should provide accurate information for the consultation/report.

Final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

D. One Soul Airspace

Current commercial Drone Services are: coming soon.

Training photographs, certificates and qualifications shown on the website represent genuine training/credential information. They do not represent active commercial Drone-service availability.

Registering interest:

• is not a booking
• does not reserve a date
• does not guarantee future service availability
• does not create a payment obligation
• does not create a service contract

Any future Drone operations will remain subject to applicable:

• aviation/drone law
• equipment availability
• safety assessment
• location permissions
• airspace restrictions
• weather
• operational requirements

E. Black Box Paranormal Investigators (BBPI)

Black Box Paranormal Investigators (BBPI) is a separately co-founded venture.

Its presence within One Soul Many Worlds does not mean that BBPI is solely owned or operated by Vinay Dumbani or One Soul Many Worlds.

Any future BBPI commercial investigation may be subject to separate:

• case-acceptance procedures
• consent forms
• agreements
• operational policies
• safety requirements
• investigation-specific terms

Where BBPI-specific terms apply to a BBPI activity, those terms may govern that activity.

BBPI does not guarantee:

• case acceptance
• supernatural findings
• evidence of paranormal activity
• spirit removal
• exorcism
• permanent clearing of a property
• a particular investigation conclusion

BBPI investigation is intended to responsibly observe, document and assess reported anomalies. Ordinary explanations may be considered.

BBPI activity does not replace:

• police/emergency services
• medical care
• mental-health care
• legal advice
• building/safety professionals
• other regulated professional services

Unless expressly and lawfully agreed otherwise, One Soul Many Worlds does not guarantee:

• income
• revenue
• sales
• customers
• followers
• rankings
• royalties
• views
• virality
• business growth
• bestseller status
• platform acceptance

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a paid service will ordinarily not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected service.

This clause does not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

A reasonable delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control does not automatically constitute breach.

Examples may include:

• serious illness
• major technology outage
• natural disaster
• government restriction
• third-party platform failure
• other unavoidable circumstances

Where practical, affected parties should communicate and seek a reasonable solution.

Visitors must not use the website/services to:

• violate law
• infringe copyright/trademark/privacy rights
• impersonate another person
• provide knowingly fraudulent material
• transmit malicious software
• misuse enquiry systems
• attempt unauthorised access

We aim to acknowledge genuine consumer complaints within 48 hours where reasonably possible and work toward resolving them within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and legally applicable jurisdiction, disputes may be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

These Terms may be updated when:

• services change
• website functionality changes
• business structure changes
• applicable law changes

The latest version published on the website applies prospectively.
