Consultations may be rescheduled by contacting soulpilotmedia@gmail.com with reasonable advance notice.

Where a session has not yet been prepared or delivered, refund requests will be considered fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

Once a personalised report or session has been prepared and delivered, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.

A full refund policy is being finalised and will replace this summary before paid digital products are made available.
