Initial Conversation
Every enquiry begins with listening. We discuss what was experienced, when, and under what conditions — privately and without judgement.

Assessment & Consent
Access, safety, legality and privacy are assessed. Nothing proceeds without the informed consent of the people responsible for the location.
- 03
Ordinary Explanations First
Structure, wiring, wildlife, weather and human factors are considered before anything else. Most reports resolve here — and that is a good outcome.

Documented Field Visit
Where appropriate, a controlled visit records audio, video and environmental readings. Observations are logged as they happen.

Review & Honest Reporting
Material is reviewed carefully. Findings are shared as observations and possible explanations — never as manufactured conclusions.

As investigations are completed and permissions are confirmed, selected field notes will be published here — with identifying details protected and findings presented as observations and possible explanations.

Send the details of what you experienced, where it occurred, and how long it has been happening. Ordinary explanations will always be considered first.
